Welcome to our amazing pregnancy relaxation class! Get ready to experience the ultimate in relaxation and restoration. Session starts with a bitesize intro to hypnobirthing, then our expert instructor Lucy from Turtle Yoga will take over and guide you through a gentle prenatal flow. The session will end with a hypnobirth guided meditation, designed to relax and instil postive messages about childbirth. This session is the perfect way to stay zen whilst growing a tiny human, you'll leave feeling relaxed and restored.

 

Why combine yoga and hypnobirthing?

Yoga is the perfect practice to help you feel in tune with your body. Pregnancy creates so much change and yoga will support and nourish your body whilst it works it's magic. The gentle movement helps prepare your body for labour and can also reduce stress, improve sleep and help ease common pregnancy discomforts. Combined with the deep relaxation of the hypnobirthing meditation it's the ultimate package for helping you to feel good, which is what you deserve at this special time.

Why the hypnobirth meditations work

The secret to how the scripts work is neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity is the incredible ability of our brains to change and adapt and create new neural pathways. It's how we learn and form new habits. The more we learn to relax and associate something specific with relaxation the stronger that association becomes. The more we think a thought, the easier it becomes to think that thought as the neural connections strengthen. The guided imagery used is specifically written to induce deep relaxation and promote postive beliefs around child birth.
